Cookies, analytics and live chat

Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work and are set regardless of your choice. Functional — live chat
With your permission, we offer a live chat window provided by Tawk.to. When you allow the functional category, the chat widget loads and Tawk.to receives information such as your IP address and the pages you visit here in order to run the chat session, and sets cookies of its own (for example __tawkuuid and cookies beginning with twk_). If you do not allow this category, the chat window simply does not appear, and you can still reach us by phone, email or our contact form.
Neither the analytics nor the live chat service above runs until you allow it. Their scripts are not loaded and their cookies are not set unless you accept the matching category in our cookie banner. If you reject, or simply ignore the banner, nothing is requested from Google Analytics or Tawk.to.
Your cookie choices
The first time you visit, a banner asks how you want to be treated. You may accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or open Customise to choose. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works normally either way.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking the small consent icon at the bottom left of any page, which reopens the preference panel. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you clear the consent cookie, the banner will ask you again on your next visit.
